Adrian James Seiloff, M.A., LPCC

Hi! I'm Adrian! And I believe that therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, heart, and accepted for their whole selves.

My path to becoming a counselor started with my own therapeutic work, and was cemented by working with adolescents who were struggling with significant behavioral and emotional challenges. While that work could be difficult at times, it showed me just how powerful it can be to have someone in your corner who is willing to listen, understand your story, and support you through life's hardest moments. Those experiences ultimately led me to puruse a career helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and build lives that feel meaningful to them.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2022 before continuing my education through the University of Wyoming's Counseling program, where I graduated in 2026. Throughout my training, I found myself drawn to person-centered and existential approaches to therapy. That essentially means I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I believe that every person brings a unique set of experiences, strengths, values, and goals into the counseling room, and I want to work collaboratively with clients to find an approach that best fits their individual needs.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, a personality disorder, relationship concerns, questions about identity, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to create a space where you can explore what matters most to you without fear or judgment. I see therapy as a partnership, and I feel honored to walk alongside clients on their journeys.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me creating art, spending time with friends, or gathering around a table for a game of Dungeons & Dragons. I emphasize creativity, curiosity, and connection in my own life, and I strive to bring those same qualities into the work I do with clients every day.
