Hi! My name is Sydney Spiller (she/her). I am a counseling intern, currently in my last year as a student in the Counseling and Career Development Master’s program at Colorado State University. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Boise State University and a Master’s in Higher Education from the University of Denver. I have spent almost a decade working with College Students.

My areas of interest lie in working with adults, focusing on identity development, and providing support through harm reduction and trauma-informed care. My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive space, where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to navigate their challenges effectively. My background in higher education has also allowed me to gain valuable insights into the challenges that individuals may face during their educational and professional journeys. I am excited about the opportunity to learn and grow alongside my clients, and I look forward to making a meaningful difference in their lives.

In my free time, you can find me with my partner, our daughter, and our pitty-lab mix Benji!
