My name is Lindsey, and I get to support the team, individuals, and families served at Integrated Counseling and Wellness as the Office Manager. Growing up on a small island in Alaska, I developed a love for community at a young age. In 2011 I completed my degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University, and I have been working with youth and families in the Northern Colorado area since then.

My husband, two little boys, and I, live on a small farm and spend a lot of time with our dogs, chickens, and cows. When not wrangling small children and animals or working, I love to find time with nature on a trail or in my kayak.
