Note regarding virtual and in-person sessions: 

Many of our clinicians offer virtual and in-person sessions. We utilize the platform Simple Practice. It would be beneficial to download the Simple Practice telehealth app to your mobile device if you intend to use that device for sessions. 

Rates

Our clinicians have varying levels of availability. It is best to check in on if the desired therapist is available. If they are not – we will offer their waitlist, potential other fits within the practice, or share some outside referrals for you to try. We want you to feel taken care of no matter what!

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We require a credit card to be placed on file upon intake. Our preference is to pay by a credit or debit card.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. We do offer one free late cancelation twice a year (every 6 months). Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
