Greetings. My name is Tyler and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. My formal training is in Clinical Counseling and Play Therapy through the University of Northern Colorado, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling.

Through this training and working in mental health since 2015, I have had the pleasure of providing mental health services in a variety settings and for a wide range of ages. I have worked in outpatient clinics and in-patient hospitals. The issues I have experience in providing treatment for include: gender identity, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substances.

My approach is Person Centered and I use modalities such as mindfulness, CBT, Child Centered Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other Narrative approaches. I am also EMDR Trained. My passion is working with people of all ages in the LGBTQIA community and my focus is on Gender Identity Issues.

In my downtime, I can be found outside in all weather, pursuing the outdoors with my family, friends, and dogs.
