Hannah-Grace (HG) Kelley

Pronouns: she/her
Hi! My name is Hannah-Grace Kelley. I mostly go by HG. I received my undergraduate degree in outdoor leadership and interpersonal communication. Additionally, I have my MSW from University of Texas – Arlington. I work with both adolescents and adults who are experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and disordered eating. I tend to use a humanistic approach with an integration of attachment theories, trauma-informed care, and a holistic approach. I am currently being trained in EMDR and will be fully trained in October 2022 through EMDR of the Rockies.
I am deeply passionate about partnering alongside individuals in their healing journey. Each person possesses innate goodness, resiliency, and capacity for change. It is a priority that my foundation of practice is based on safety, trust, and cultivating a brave space while holding each person’s story as sacred. As an outdoor enthusiast, I am a believer in nature’s ability to aid in our recovery. Lastly, I am particularly drawn to the intersection of mental health and faith.
In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, backpacking, and mountaineering as I am a seasonal outdoor guide in Wyoming each summer. I also enjoy reading, craft drinks, and spending time outside with my dog, Scout.
