Age Range: Adults (18-65), Parents and Families

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of Integrated Counseling and Wellness. I opened the practice in May 2019 as a solo practitioner and have grown to a group practice with 14 clinicians who serve clients in Fort Collins and the surrounding areas. I have been practicing therapy since 2013 in a variety of settings including community substance use outpatient clinics and group mental health practices in Illinois and Colorado. I received my BSW and MSW at the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana campus in 2012 and 2013, respectively.

I specialize in treating trauma with adults aged 18-65 and have extensive experience working with adolescents and parents. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and approach clients from an attachment lens. I am also strongly Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed and merge EMDR and IFS together, often. I enjoy working with the LGBTQIA community and have been working with the specialized population in a clinical setting since 2012.

Alongside from seeing clients, I am a supervisor and business owner. I enjoy the entrepreneurial adventure and have learned so much in owning and operating Integrated Counseling and Wellness for the last 3 years! I have a passion and desire for cultivating and nurturing affirming, justice-oriented, and progressive communities and connections. I offer business consultation for folks curious of creating more progressive leadership structures and new practice owners.

When I am not working, you can find me on local Colorado trails, taking walks with my two energetic dogs and daughter, weightlifting, watching movies or playing board games with my friends, and getting coffee with my partner.
